Foreign workers in Norway, have for the most part the same rights as Norwegian workers. You are entitled to a written employment contract and a safe and sound working environment, as well as holiday and holiday pay, working hours and overtime pay in accordance with Norwegian rules, amongst others. In certain sectors you are also entitled to a minimum wage and board and lodging paid for by your employer.
