Information regarding the results after mediation on Riksavtalen
Use the right to vote! This year's collective agreement is crucial for workers in Norway. After three lean year, where price inflation has increased more than anyone had predicted, we had to put in place a salary increase that is reasonable. The assignment was clear: We were to increase purchasing power.
In this settlement on Riksavtalen, we have achieved a strong financial result that gives our members an improvement in purchasing power. We have received a solid general addition and increase in other supplements. We have passed requirements that give us a better agreement.
Together with the employers, we will carry out work to assess which actual needs and challenges companies and the skilled workers in the sector have in relation to formal competence building. It is important to give the individual worker the opportunity to develop, gain new knowledge and new skills. These have been important topics in this year's settlement.
We will hold a ballot on the 7th of May. The negotiating committee of Fellesforbundet unanimously recommends to vote yes to the proposal. I encourage you to familiarize yourself with the results and exercise the right to vote!

General wage rise
- With effect from 1st of April, a general supplement is given to everyone of NOK 7,- per hour.

Food money
- New rate for food allowance NOK 107,–
Supplement on evening, Saturday, Sunday and night
- All supplements are increased by at least 10%.
- The night supplement for night guards receives a special increase of NOK 13 per hour.
New rates
- Evening: NOK 15.65 per hour
- Saturday and Sunday: NOK 29.74 per hour
- Night other: NOK 54.76 per hour
- Night shifts: NOK 41.46 per hour in the period 24:00-06:00
- Manual work: NOK 23.47 per hour / at least NOK 140.80 per night
Company seniority
The guaranteed minimum allowances for 10, 15 and 20 years of continuous employment in the same company have been increased by NOK 240, NOK 460 and NOK 660 respectively to NOK 900, 1400 and 1900.
Competence and completion reform
In order to follow up the upcoming skills reform, the parties agree to carry out work during the period to map the needs for further and further education in the industry. The work must be carried out with the aim that relevant issues are discussed before the collective agreement in 2026.
The settlement is in line with the framework from the front runner trades.
