Få alle på din jobb til å skrive under på oppropet! Send inn innen 18. mars!
Det har kommet inn over 2 600 forslag fra klubber og avdelinger på hva vi skal kreve i årets tariffoppgjør. Noen krav er felles for alle tariffavtaler og noen krav er bare relatert til enkelte tariffavtaler. Tre krav skiller seg ut:
- Økt kjøpekraft (det vil si, mer i lønn enn det prisene har økt)
- Forskuttering av sykepenger fra arbeidsgiver
- Mulighet til betalte korte velferdspermisjoner
Det er særlig kravet om at arbeidsgiver skal betale ut sykepenger, som er viktig for mange. Lykkes vi med det kravet, vil de som er syk i mer enn i 16 dager slippe å vente på penger fra NAV. Derfor er det viktig at vi gir forhandlingsutvalget drahjelp.

- Ta bilde av sidene når de er underskrevet
- Send bildet av underskriftene til post@fellesforbundet.no innen 18. mars!
Tips!
Du trenger ikke gå rundt til alle selv. Bruk andre medlemmer av klubbstyret eller andre aktive også. Husk at alle kan signere oppropet – ikke bare medlemmer av Fellesforbundet!

The collective bargaining negotiations are approaching fast, and it’s important that everyone contributes so we can achieve good results. Get everyone at your workplace to sign the petition you find here! Send it in by March 18TH.
More than 2,600 proposals have been submitted by local unions and departments regarding what we should demand in this year’s bargaining round. Some proposals apply to all collective agreements, while others are specific to certain agreements. Three issues stand out as particularly common:
- Higer pay rise than the prices has risen
- Employer advance payment of sick pay
- Better access to paid short-term leave for welfare reasons
The demand for employers to advance sick pay—so that those who are ill don’t have to wait for payment—may be difficult to achieve. That’s why it’s important that you support the bargaining committee by signing the attached petition, taking a photo of the signed pages, and sending them to post@fellesforbundet.no by March 18th
If you have many colleagues – ask other board members or active union members to help you collect the signatures!
Attached you will find signature lists in Norwegian and English, information explaining why it is important that everyone signs the demand for employer advance payment of sick pay (which you can hand out or hang up as a poster), and information about the three main demands that you can also use.

Why we are demanding employer advance payment of sick pay:
- Everyone working in Norway pays a social security contribution. It is this money—our own—that we receive back when we are sick and not receiving wages.
- NAV employees have a heavy workload. This means it can take time—sometimes weeks, sometimes months—before sick pay is paid out. Sick pay from NAV only applies after 16 days; the employer covers the first period with regular wages.
- Some workplaces already have employer advance payment of sick pay. We want everyone covered by a collective agreement to have this right. The fact that many do not have advance payment can be used as an argument to take this right away from those who currently have it. That’s why it’s important that everyone signs this petition—even people who are not yet members of Fellesforbundet.
- A few years ago, we negotiated a rule that prohibits unequal treatment within the same company. If some employees receive advance sick pay, then everyone should!
- We expected many more companies to introduce advance payment of sick pay because of this rule. That turned out not to be the case. Roughly the same number of workers as before still do not receive sick pay from their employer. Therefore, this must be included in the collective agreements as a right for everyone.
- When talking to people about sick pay and rights, it can be a good opportunity to ask whether they want to become members if they aren’t already.
WHEN WE ARE SICK, WE SHOULD USE OUR ENERGY TO GET WELL – NOT TO WORRY ABOUT WHETHER THE MONEY WILL ARRIVE BEFORE THE BILLS MUST BE PAID!
